I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey of identity and gender exploration. My work is focused on helping queer folks navigate their unique experiences so they can cultivate authentic connections with themselves, loved ones, and the world around them.

In our sessions, I center your experiences and explore how our identities, relationships, and cultures influence our lives and interactions. I aim to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe and supported, co-creating tools and resources that resonate with your personal journey.

My approach is informed by my own experiences as a queer person, shaping my understanding of the importance of community and the impact of our environments. I bring a background in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and rural mental health, with a strong awareness of the impacts of fatphobia and diet culture.

In our work together, I hope to be both insightful and gentle, partnering with you to build a space where curiosity and growth can flourish. I am committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you in navigating your world with confidence and authenticity.

Come as you are - let’s explore and grow together!
